Our decal removal process employs advanced steam technology specifically engineered for safely and efficiently removing vinyl decals from virtually any surface. We supply clean water to our system, where it is pressurized by an electric pump and rapidly heated in a coil to produce low-pressure dry-to-wet steam at operating pressures of 10-50 PSI and temperatures reaching up to 320°F. This precise combination of controlled heat and gentle pressure is applied through a specialized open-gun nozzle, softening the decal’s adhesive backing so it can be lifted cleanly and completely without damaging the underlying paint, substrate, or finish. The result is a thorough, residue-free removal that minimizes downtime and environmental impact while delivering professional-grade results every time.
